Christy's Swedish Pancakes

Mix together:
2 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
½ cup beer
1 1/8 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
Pour a small amount of the batter onto a non-stick frying pan (medium heat). Pour excess batter out of the pan. (Swedish pancakes are to be thin.) When the edges become light brown and start peeling from the pan, flip the pancake. Cook the other side.
Spread butter, jam ,syrup, whipped cream and strawberries or whatever you like on the pancakes.
Roll it up and enjoy!
