4 large potatoes
4 large onions
1 quart water
¼ tsp celery seed
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1 quart milk
3 stalks celery
Salt and pepper
Peel potatoes and onions. Cut them into small pieces. Also slice celery into small pieces. Add to the water and cook slowly until tender. Add seasoning and butter. Heat again and add the flour mixed into a paste with the milk.
