Cake:
2 cups sugar 2 cups flower 2 eggs 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla 20 oz can of crushed (not chunky) pineapple 1/2 cup nuts (usually walnuts, sometimes pecans)
icing: 8oz cream cheese, softened (nuke, maybe 40secs) stick of butter (softened) 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar teaspoon vanilla half-cup walnuts (yes, in frosting)
put in 9x3 loaf pan bake at 350 for 35-45 mins, usually more towards 45 to be done immediately after removing from oven, spread icing on hot cake
