Muesli
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp flax oil
2 Tbsp flax seeds
1 grated or chopped apple
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries

In a bowl blend the yogurt with the buttermilk, honey, flax oil and cinnamon.
Spoon 1 Tbsp of flax seed into two small cereal bowls.  Do the same with the walnuts, blueberries and raspberries.  Divide the yogurt mixture evenly between the two small cereal bowls.
