Christy's Lemon Chicken

Wash, dry and cut up chicken.  Flour lightly and brown in oil.

 

Over chicken pour:

½ cup lemon juice

1 chicken bouillon cube mixed with 1 cup water

1 good-sized garlic, pressed

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp poultry seasoning

½ tsp rosemary

 

Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.  When the chicken is done, take it out of the pan and place on a bed of cooked rice.

Then mix one Tbsp cornstarch and one Tbsp water with the gravy in the pan and thicken.

Pour over the chicken and the rice.
