Hash Brown Casserole


2 lb bag frozen hash browns

1 pint sour cream

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/3 cup chopped onion


Mix together hash browns, sour cream, soup and onion.

Place in 9 by 13 baking dish.

 (Can freeze it using the foil and plastic wrap method.  Thaw completely before baking.) 

Bake at 350 degress for 1 1/2 hours.  Top with cheese during the last half hour
