4-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 tall can evaporated milk (not sweetened)
2 12-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 ob. butter
2 t vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts
Mix sugar, butter, and evaporated milk into large pan and bring to a boil.
Boil 11 minutes, stirring constantly. Occasionally wipe sides of pan with
cloth to remove any grains of sugar not completely dissolved.
Remove from heat. Then add chocolate chips and marshmallows. Beat until
thoroughly melted and blended.
Then add nuts and vanilla.
Use butter to grease a 9" x 13" pan. Pour fudge into it and let it set at
least 15 minutes before scoring.
