Grandma's Chicken Vegetable Soup

8 to 9 cup chicken broth
1 cup finely diced chicken
1 medium onion, finely diced
3 ribs celery with leaves, finely sliced
3 carrots, finely sliced
½ to ¾ cup small Orzo macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Bring broth to a boil in large saucepan. Add onion, carrots and celery. Return to boil; then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Add chicken, parsley and macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.,
You can microwave one chicken breast and dice it after it has cooled. To make the chick broth, you can use low salt chicken bouillon according to the package’s directions.
This is delicious.
