Chad's Favorite Stroganoff

½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
¼ cup margarine or butter
2 pounds round steak
2 cups beef bouillion
1 cup sour cream
Saute mushrooms and onion in 2 Tbsp butter. Remove from pan. Remove fat and bone from steak and cut into ¾” wide strips. Melt additional 2 Tbsp butter in pan. Toss meat strips in flour. Brown meat in butter. Add bouillion. Simmer stirring occasionally until meat is tender. (One hour) Add mushrooms and onions and sour cream. Heat through.
Serve over rice.
