Blueberry Smoothie

1 pint fresh blueberries or 2 cups frozen blueberries slightly thawed
1 cup orange juice
1 container (8 oz) lowfat vanilla yogurt

Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Gives 2 servings.  175 calories each.
