1 pound round steak cut into ¾ inch pieces
2 Tbsp butter
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 (6 oz) can broiled mushrooms, quartered
1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 – 8 drops of Tabasco sauce
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (8 oz) package spaghetti, cooked
Dip meat in flour, brown in butter. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients, except spaghetti, pour over meat. Simmer until tender, about one hour.
Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
